I think the next villain is going to be some version of the Thessalhydra. I'm just not sure how they'll interpret that bit of D&D. I think the multiple heads might mean more threats than just Vecna. Maybe 8 comes into play. Maybe 11 has a Jean Grey/Dark Phoenix arc and becomes a threat. They did say Will plays an important role this season.

Yeah, it's a popular show. 4th season was considered the best by most people.
5 will be out next yearish. 4 was 2022. The pandemic delayed last season, and thebstrike delayed this one.
The show is really like a longform movie or a moving novel, so I don't mind the wait.
Plus, after this, the show is overi like that it didn't overstay its welcome like Walking Dead.
