It is highly practiced by Muslims and most African countries for religious purposes.
It's also very popular in the US (believe the US is ranked 3rd for popularity) for cosmetic appearance and hygiene. The health benefits are generally minor (CDC states UTI/STD occurrence is lower and minor risk reduction in penile cancer).
Most US pornography features circumcised penis' as well thus causing some women/men to think an uncircumcised penis is gross or not the norm. That said, because of political views and the fact everyone has to blog/facebook about everything these days, there's been more recent backlash about circumcision, some comparing it to female genital mutilation, but the practice is still extremely common in the US. -

Yeah, also pretty popular in places like Canada, Australia, Philippines, South Korea, and among German and French young adult men these days, and many other places (like Mexico for instance). Not just Jews and Muslims. There's a lot of pros to having it done for non-religious purposes. Also from Europe and it's been a pleasant surprise to say the least living in Canada and the USA these last 10 years. On the cleaner partthat's very true, not gonna lie!
