You know that scene, in "Winter," when Lorelai goes to see Emily who's "uncluttering?" They sit on the sofa and Lorelai is getting frustrated with Emily and she takes her scarf off and I really thought for a fleeting moment that Lorelai is going to strangle Emily with it.

That would have been hilarious. They could have just yelled "cut!" and ended the series right after that scene.
