No they do not. You said "Fully trans women literally have periods with cramps and all that wonderful jazz."
Only a person with a uterus and ovaries have a menstrual cycle with bleeding and cramps, in other words a biological woman. Trans women may experience something similar to PMS due to hormones. -

I have seen trans woman complain about having painful cramps so I inferred from this that some of them received the full package of donated internal female organs. Sorry if that inference was wrong, but it seemed justifiable at the time.

As far as I know transplants of that nature are extremely rare and are performed on biological women who are born without a uterus with the aim of her giving birth. The donated organs are temporary and are removed after birth.
Although there is a debate on the rights of trans women to receive such a transplant, it certainly is not the norm for trans woman to have transplanted uterus if indeed it has ever happened.
It's a long way from "Fully trans women literally have periods with cramps and all that wonderful jazz." -

It's called making a correction. You know, sort of like when a newspaper goes back and edits something after a fact checker informs them of a mistake.
I acknowledged having made a factual error and fixed the posts where I could in order to better reflect what I
should have written
instead. How is that bad? -

What happens if a woman with the donated uterus gets pregnant? Will the baby have the DNA from her or the DNA from the woman who donated the organ?
Tell you what…When I send my ex-wife her money…you can lick the stamps. -

Honestly, I don't know. This is new to me, I found out about it because Magnetic Monopole claimed trans women were having womb transplants so I did a little reading. From what I read 18 births have happened as a result.
If I had to guess I'd say that the transplanted uterus is there to enable the woman to carry her child but may not be functional in terms of egg production, the foetus is probably created outside the womb via ivf.
As I said, I don't know but I'll try to find out. -

It’s been nearly seven years since the world’s first successful birth after a human womb transplant. Since that medical milestone, the experimental procedure has seen such significant clinical advances that over 60 uterus transplants have been performed in women across the globe, resulting in at least 18 live births.
Jog on dickhead.
