It's possible. I'm searching around on some major entertainment sites to see if I can verify that info. A lot of smaller propaganda news outlets are reporting it.
In November 2021, YouTube removed the public dislike count from all of its videos. While creators can still see the number of dislikes within YouTube Studio, viewers can only see how many likes a video has received.

Just a reminder that while many people are disliking the video, these dislike extension are wildly innacurate for many reasons. They use shoddy math based off the users of the intention to extrapolate and guess how many dislikes are on that video. It's deeply flawed the fact that people who download a dislike extension are many many times more likely to click dislike than the average user. This means the number you see is very likely many magnitudes higher than reality.
TLDR: Dislike extensions are innacurate and this number is not real.
I'm sure the Snow White trailer has a lot of dislikes, whether that number really adds up to a million or not, who knows?
