I don't know that hippy-horror-movie…or don't remember it.

But true horror for all (homeless) people hanging around at places where they aren't welcome
(train stations, parking lots) is this classic song:
Mandy ​​​​ Barry Manilow (from Live on Broadway)
It really worked…all left the train stations and parking lots!
Unfortunately, the residents didn't like the constant music either.
So, it wasn't really a solution.

I wouldn't actually call it that although it has some acid nightmares imagery at times. It's more a surreal, psychedelic, bloody revenge movie.
