Think about this….
If someone was doing self mutilation with a knife to improve their body or to change for whatever reason as well as taking drugs to do so we would think that person was crazy and do all we could to get them the psychiatric help they need which may include having them spend some time at the funny farm.
So now someone who feels like they are the opposite gender trapped in their body goes and sees a Dr. to get the changes they want and need and we don't think there is anything wrong with them because they got the word of a professional medical expert.
Bullshit.
The wanna be tranny is just as sick in the head as the one in my first example.
Just because they get the professional changes by a Dr. does not make them any less crazy.
Nature does not make mistakes. Humans do.
In this case the crazy one who thinks it is a woman or man and the doctor who will help them along with that sickness.

In certain cases where someone has felt they were born as the opposite gender, and they can remember these feelings from childhood
I would say that they know who they are. I have a friend who identifies as female and he doesn't like his genitalia, but he has no intention of transitioning
