911 is a polished Hollywood series. 19-2 is a gritty, bleak and dark show. Can't really compare the two.

Oh Twiz that’s a different show with different cast and in Quebec French. The one you want is filmed in Quebec but in English, has four seasons and main cast is Adrian Holmes and Jared Keeso. Follow the YT link someone posted above.
