Where's Jesus?

Wrong.
The age old question of why God allows evil. The truth is you wouldn't like the answer. Why does He allow it? Because it doesn't matter.
It pisses people off to hear that it doesn't matter but it is true. Lets say you have the power to destroy everything. To cause unimaginable suffering. And then after you have killed everyone in the most horrific way and laid waste to the world you come face to face with God.
At this point you may even feel rather full of yourself given what you have done and the effort that went into it.
God snaps His fingers.
Instantly everything is restored. New. Better than new. All the dead raised and given new & perfect bodies free of age and disease. Even the memories of your torments are blunted. The tears wiped away from the eyes of your victims. They won't forget. They will know it happened. But it will be like remembering someone elses memories or remembering something you saw on tv. The pure Joy that radiates from the presense of God will drive the pain away like an anesthetic.
All that evil. Undone like it never happened. like it was irrelevant. Like it didn't matter. And all those responsible? Judged and gone soon after.

Because what other explanation is there for allowing innocent children to be butchered other than a mental illness? Jesus is evil. He could stop everything and start again but he enjoys watching ppl suffer.
Ny answer to it all is that he doesn't exist. Never did and never will. -

Wrong again.
Humanity is ill. We have a condition called sin. Unlike creation which is easy for God the problem of sin is hard. It is like a catch 22. On one hand He is not willing that any should go to hell. On the other, Justice, one of the primary aspects of His being demands that the punishment of sin is the 2nd death which is hell.
In order to satisfy Justice He became human and paid the penalty Himself. His death on the cross was a sacrifice made for all. He was the only one with the power to raise Himself from death. And because He was without sin only His death could pay for all others. Could he stop it all right now? Yes. But the reason He does not is Mercy. Mercy is another aspect of His being. These aspects are absolute. It is out of mercy that He gives humanity the time to find salvation.
He does not enoy our suffering quite the opposite. His willingness to die for us proves that. He allows us the time to find salvation out of Love and Mercy and allows to risk of the trivial suffering of this world to avoid the far greater sufferings of hell.

Except its still happening now and it matters now to the ppl its happening to. It can never be undone. Its cruel to allow it just bc the divine being would know one day things will be better.

It can never be undone.
One day it will be only a distant memory and will hold no pain.
Its cruel
it is not cruel. It is merciful that God is allowing humanity time to find salvation.
