Rights are an ideal and act as an umbrella for sentient human beings on what they deserve or not. Rights are often taken away too from the very establishment that purports to virtuously administer them.
No rights can be afforded to an unborn child and for those to claim they should be is born of a ludicrous and deluded mindset. Rights are for oxygen breathing humans first and foremost and for those that are carrying the unborn fetus.
