Good video. Russia has also overlooked the importance of morale. They've lied to their troops, who are now seeing that their invasion is not what they were told it was.
It's a little premature to write them off just yet, though. Russia will not simply just give up.

True, but they thought the Ukrainians would surrender once the Russian tanks rolled in. They were sadly mistaken.
And even if they
"win"
the war, they will
not
be able to control a country of 44,000,000. The residents will start guerilla warfare, just like the Afghans did, and the Russians had to flee that country with their tails between their legs.
