Sounds like this one is a pos. It has a decent 7.4 rating on IMDb, but early reviews are usually inflated by fan boys, so I expect that to drop precipitously.

I liked it better than the last one MMC
It's certainly more of a fanfare farewell than a full on movie (It's more like 3 separate movies) but it is a spectacle and enjoyable for a conclusion, of sorts, to the series.
I'd say see it. MI:2 will always be the worst of that series and that was still enjoyable enough
