I had a nice time seeing my girlfriend and then when I came back home did a chore of cutting up some wood for the fire place.

They are probably just messing with her and using it as an excuse. Also, Caucasians are the ones who need to "watch their mouth" when it comes to making statements about race on TV. Of course, many African American men call each other and non-African-Americans "my n***a'," in real life.
