The INCIDENT took place during the President's White House press conference.
It came during a press conference on the anniversary of Biden's inauguration.
Biden has held fewer press conferences than any of his recent predecessors.
President Joe Biden yesterday DISMISSED questions about his MENTAL ACUITY after a reporter told him the results of a Politico and Morning Consult poll which found that 48 per cent of Americans DO NOT BELIEVE he is MENTALLY FIT for the presidency.
Biden, 79, was asked yesterday about the SCATHING INDICTMENT of his MENTAL HEALTH during a White House press conference marking the anniversary of the President's inauguration.
'I'd like to RAISE a delicate subject, but with UTMOST respect for your life accomplishments and the high office you hold,' said Newsmax White House reporter James Rosen.
A VISIBLY SHOCKED Biden responded with 'I'll let you all make the judgment whether they're correct,' before later going on to say he had 'NO IDEA' WHY such a large segment of the American ELECTORATE held concerns over his COGNITIVE ABILITY.
It comes as further results from the Politico and Morning Consult poll found that 37 per cent of Americans would rate Biden's performance as President an 'F', while over 50 per cent of respondents agreed with the statement 'President Biden is a WEAK LEADER'.

Following his initial statement to the President in which he gave the results of the DAMNING POLL, Rosen continued with his line of questioning as Biden STRUGGLED to respond. 'A majority of Democrats who responded strongly affirmed that statement,' Rosen said. 'WHY do you suppose such large segments of the American ELECTORATE have come to harbor such profound concerns about your COGNITIVE FITNESS?'
Biden is approaching the end of his first year in the Oval Office, but the results of a poll conducted by Politico and Morning Consult suggest a huge proportion of Americans DISAPPROVE of his performance.
The poll showed that 48 per cent of voters DISAGREE with the statement that the President is 'MENTALLY FIT' and only 43 per cent of Democrats said they 'strongly agree' with the statement.
A WHOPPING 68 per cent of Republicans who responded said they STRONGLY DISAGREE.
The AWKWARD EXCHANGE between Biden and Rosen came AMID what was generally seen as a DISASTROUS press conference for the President, with critics describing his performance as RAMBLING and INCOHERENT.
Biden himself was RESOLTE in his positive view of his performance.
'I didn't OVERPROMISE, but I have probably OUTPERFORMED what anybody thought would happen,' he said.
'Can you think of any other president that's done as much in one year?' Biden asked, TICKING OFF the EPIC STRUGGLE against the CHINK VIRUS and TRILLIONS of dollars in government FUNDING to save the US economy from pandemic fallout.
'I don't think there's been much on any incoming president's plate that's been a BIGGER MENU than the plate I had given to me,' the 79-year-old said.
'The fact of the matter is, we got a LOT DONE.'
His critics meanwhile were quick to note that he has presided over the highest inflation in 40 years; empty supermarket shelves due to supply chain issues; and more CHINK FLU deaths in 2021 - 446,000 - than the 385,000 in 2020.
They also pointed to the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan in August, and noted that during his remarks Biden made several damaging blunders, which his aides scrambled to correct.
Meanwhile, the other results of the Politico Morning consult poll were no more favourable for the President.
Asked to give the President a report card for his first year running the country, the largest share of respondents – 37 percent – flunked him.
Twenty percent gave Biden a 'B' and 18 percent graded him a 'C.' The smallest share of people surveyed, 11 percent, gave him top marks.
In another blow, 52 percent of American surveyed say they view Biden as a 'weak leader.'
Forty-four percent of voters also believe Biden is handling the CHINK VIRUS pandemic poorly, with cases soaring and the Omicron variant forcing nationwide staffing shortages despite running on a campaign promise to 'shut down' the virus.
And despite marketing himself as the antithesis of Republican rival Donald Trump, their end-of-year report cards are strikingly similar.
After his first year in office, 35 percent of voters graded Trump with an 'F' – slightly less than the share failing Biden.
Trump also netted a higher concentration of 'A' and 'B' marks compared to Biden, while their 'D' grades were virtually the same.

Those poll results are worthless since they are just based on speculation and opinion instead of any real test results.
And this is nothing new for the opposite side to view the other one unfavorably and to go along with a negative narrative that may be incorrect.

What facts do you have to show to back up your bias statements that things are worse?
If you come back with, say, inflation then show the link of exactly what Biden did to cause it directly.

The left are driven by hate, nothing more, nothing less. Usually it's hate of the white man (you'll notice they don't care about Muslims bashing homosexuals or women, or communist genocide), but in politics, it's hate of Trump.
Biden is not Trump, therefore they are happy with him, no matter how badly he screws up. They are happy with him, even if he's so weak and incompetent, he sleep walks into WWIII. Because he's not Trump.
Trump won't last much longer. I wonder who they will use to calibrate their standards once he's passed.

I am not a fan of Biden.
What I am a fan of is the truth.
So if you say that he "has messed up the majority of what he's done" then show that to back up your words.
Otherwise you are just another crackpot Biden hater.
