Have you heard of ESGs? Communists are destroying western culture using the power of capitalism. Companies and countries are being propped up by cheap debt, providing they espouse woke ideology. The global response to COVID has been funded this way, hence the undemocratic move to green policies that are crippling western economies. China are laughing at our collective gullibility.
It's so ironic, it's hard to be angry about it. We probably deserve what we get.

You may think you're educated, but all I see when you write is indoctrination. An educated man would be acutely aware that the answer to the economic problem hasn't been decided yet. There is an argument raging between advocates for green growth and advocates for degrowth. The need for euphemism instead of "shrink economies" should be an indicator of which direction we're likely to head in. Even green growth advocates believe we can't decouple from fossil fuels quick enough to achieve the goal before we destroy the planet. (How people can genuinely believe the planet is in danger is beyond me!)
The wisdom of the day is that rich "white" countries are consuming too much and they need to stop. But the world can't entirely stop, because who will Bezos et al peddle their wares to, so they're trying to grow Africa. China owns Africa, though, so the self-appointed saviours of the planet need to keep the world's largest consumer of fossil fuels sweet.
The irony of it all would be hilarious if it weren't all so pathetic. The manipulation and blatant hypocrisy should set alarm bells ringing, but for people such as yourself, obviously not.
They're trading western future prosperity for African and Asian prosperity. Not the elites', though. They'll continue to grow their wealth and they'll keep consuming. There's only a few of them, on their yachts and private jets, so it doesn't really matter what they do. The peasantry must stop though. But only western peasantry. Perhaps we're too demanding. Perhaps we are too enlightened and know our rights. We're intelligent customers. It would no doubt be nice to not be so reliant on us.
Greedy, power hungry, ideological monsters are playing with our future like they're God. This ends up in a global, communist, authoritarian nightmare, where a miniscule minority lord it over the rest of us, using the internet of things and AI to keep us all in check. Zuckerberg's Metaverse will come in handy, I'm sure. We can all plug into that and forget about the dystopia that surrounds us.
I hope you're excited for the future your ignorance has helped usher in.

Green policies like green energy are a way to become freer. If you can produce large scale renewable energy then you don't have to rely on foreign sources for your energy needs and you have more independence as a nation. A cleaner environment is also better for everyone.

Did you see what happened in the UK yesterday? The people caught on camera destroying a statue were found not guilty because they are woke.
I wonder what would happen to a bunch of people if they tore down a Martin Luther King statue.
