It is said that a bunch of racist store owners made a ' call to arms ' for armed citizens to come help them out, and it is said that Rittenhousen answered this call.
And by racist store owners, they mean store owners who refused to take part in their protests and protect their livelihood instead. -

He was seen and photographed in a bar celebrating after he got out on bale hanging out with some members of The Proud Boys and making those OK gestures which now are being taken as meaning racist signals.
At Pudgy’s Pub, Rittenhouse was seen wearing a T-shirt with the words, “Free as F***,” while flashing the "OK" sign — a gesture that has been co-opted by known white supremacist groups, the motion said. In his 90-minute visit to the bar, which was captured on security footage, the teen was seen consuming alcohol while being serenaded by a group of adult men who sang the Proud Boys’ anthem, according to the motion.
