All of these are impossible to maintain if the nation in question has both a 1st and 2nd amendment and the 6 freedoms that both guarentee. Not if rule of law is enforced. It is also impossible to establish such governments in countries where those 6 freedom have been enacted.
So why is the world so ****ed up?
Because the only nation that has enshrined these freedoms in it's constitution is the United States of America.
We should be pushing all nations everywhere to enshrine those 6 freedoms. It would save us and the world a whole lot of grief as well as allowing all the various nations a shot at finally unfucking themselves.
