Why are the left celebrating the afghan pullout as a success?

The american citizens got out, but the taliban are going to stone women for crimes and kill gays.
This already happens in many countries in the Middle East and Africa, some of whom are allies of the US.
Where are your threads asking that we invade and occupy them, all in the name of protecting the women and gays that you are so deeply concerned for? -

this would have happened no matter what because the place is a ****hole. should the US have stayed there forever? what were the alternatives. I would really like to know because everything i hear about that area the the warring factions there it was going to happen eventually.
