It is a little much when people come to this country (the US) preaching hatred against others and demanding tolerance for themselves.

          Interesting.
That means you think it's OK for intolerant people to demand we are tolerant of their intolerance.
I guess the left has never had an issue with hypocrisy, so it's no surprise to me that you feel that way.

The left aren't even aware of their intolerant tolerance, so one can't expect any logic to come from them, least of all common sense and facts.

Their entire reality is a confusing paradox, where concepts lose all meaning, and humans are stripped of their nature and expected to behave like docile automatons.
No wonder they're so angry all the time. They live inside a self-constructed, tortuous hell.

They haven't grown up yet, and the glaring festering irony of the left is that they promote themselves as "woke", yet in reality keep drowsing off into a deep slumber and keep dismissing the genuine facts of nature/life.
The outrage gives them a wake up prod every now and again, because they can't cache or process any content coherently and its just a malfunction surge.

Yes, woke as a term is 1984 level madness. Woke = indoctrinated.

This isn't a ground shaking observation, but the way rich celebrities think they are speaking up on behalf of poor black people (for example) is beyond annoying. Those black people don't want their pity or charity or even understanding really. It's like the rich whites want to align themselves with others' suffering and they just don't get to do that

Sadly it looks like they do.
Pride, dignity, and integrity are qualities from a bygone era. Now, we celebrate victimhood, and people can't wait to wallow in it.

In some arenas, the victimhood mentality is used as a ruse for entitlements. The biggest victim usually comes out on top.
Some minorities may wallow in it, yet there would also be plenty of others that won't buy into it, but we won't hear about that aspect in the MSM, only what is going to suit the promulgated narrative and agenda.

I think that's the case most of the time.
Faux outrage is a natural ally of virtuous victimhood. It's astonishing how few people on the left seem to realize this.

I think that is an excellent point and it is at the very core of virtue signalling, with a phony attempt to assuage their own guilt feelings due to privilege, so as to make it appear that they are in touch with the needs of the rest, when the reality is they don't give a s<>t!

Hypocrisy is everywhere. What about the 'sensitive' people who cry when something hurts them, but couldn't give a **** about the feelings of anyone else?

Hypocrisy is almost exclusively left wing these days. It's a tool they use to circumvent logic.

Every person gets hurt over something or other. Its the preciousness factor and how its put into perspective that counts. Hypocrisy is born out of ignorance and control.

                                      It's extreme narcissism.
I am always talking about jews as a hate group on here and they are an example.
They have all of these behaviors, nepotism, intense bigotry, etc and excuses for them all and THEY get insulted when complained about. YOU are the bad guy for complaining.
                                      It's intense selfishness.
I am okay with Mexicans, but only legal ones. In addition, their culture is filled with drugs and murderers, so don't complain when people overreact to Mexicans in the US.
