unless schummer has the guts/balls to change current senate rules then nothing will happen because the repubs will use their minority power to object to any and all legislation proposed by the dems. the dems havent really objected to Mcconnell because they fear being labelled as "mean" or "obstructionist."
the repubs will continue to rule even though a numerical minority.
