I don't rent. Our home and our cars are ours and we are debt free. We do pay insurance and our taxes.
We are luckier than most, of course.
How long did you had to wait to "the grocery store" for your weekly food package, I said weekly because a food package it suppose to last for an entire week per family, eh?
You keep saying this, and I'm still not sure about what you are talking about.
What is this " Weekly food package"? Do you believe that food is rationed out to us on a weekly basis?
We can go to a store or a gas station and buy food, beer, gas more than once a week here.
Naturally, we have to wear a mask and take precautions around other people if we do that.
If we want to avoid going into stores, we can go online and give a grocery list to the store of our choice. Many stores have people who will take our order and shop for us. It's called Drive Thru Pick Up. When your order is ready, you drive to the store and they are ready for you. They even load up your car for you. It's very convenient and safer than going to the store. I use to do that sometimes even before the pandemic. It's a time saver.
