I listened to the first half and watched the second. I doubt if it convinced any of the fictional 'undecideds' to get off the fence. If they are even on a fence.
Just like yard signs. No one ever decided to vote for someone because they saw a yard sign and thought, "Blimey, that's a clever sign. I think I'll vote for that bloke."
