A stupid question. You can not ban a belief. First of all because without reading minds it is impossible to know what a person truely believes. Second of all because once a person believes something the only one who can change their mind is them so a ban is irrelevant. The only way to ban religious belief and actually be 100% sure it is gone is to kill every human on the planet.
