I think she might be smugly, congratulating herself on the completion of her mission.

I'm saying that, if he was Boris the binman Carrie would probably cross the street to avoid him.
Can't you see the problem here?
How can a relationship work when one side is in it for all the wrong reasons? How can you know, with so much conviction, that the failure of his first marriage was all his own fault? When a man has an affair, he's unquestionably evil, but when a woman has an affair she was in a loveless marriage, her husband didn't know how to make her happy, or she was manipulated in some way. There's an excuse for every action a woman takes, but there's no excuse for any action a man takes.
When this relationship fails - and we both know it will - it will be Boris who will leave with all the pain, blame, and regret. Yet it's the woman society will patronize with pity.
I'm not bitter, I'm a man. I'm endowed with tools that enable me to either laugh or shrug whenever I encounter the battle of the sexes. Childhood prepares a man for a life of hypocrisy and inequality, and he turns it into a positive by basking in the dignity he gains by rising above it. -

I can't, but he has a colourful enough history for me to assume that he is a philanderer. He had numerous affairs, fathered children outside of his marriage. He had an affair with wife no.2 whilst he was still married to wife no.1, in short he has form.

I don't subscribe to that way of thinking. I've seen too many sad weekend dads to know that they usually get the ****ty end of the stick no matter the circumstances of the split.

Doubtful, I can't imagine he's the type to wallow in pain or regret.
In fact you said it yourself…

I can't
Then don't.

Then apply that empathy here. With Boris Johnson, we both know we're witnessing the genesis of the process that ends with that sadness.

He's a public figure. You'll never see his private persona.
Hopefully you don't actually know what it's like to be an ugly, squat, aging albino, but surely we shouldn't judge the man for trying to get more than his hand is worth?
In fact you said it yourself…
You've conflated two issues, my apologies if I was unclear. Not being bitter about the hypocrisy doesn't immunise a man from the sadness of losing his family. -

I'm right though so, you know nur nur nur nur

I know nothing of the sort. By the time the inevitable split happens Boris will be humping some new tart and won't remember Cassie or Carly or whatever her name is.
You'll never see his private persona.
Maybe he is a truly sensitive soul in private, I'd put money on that not being the case though.

This thread is all about me judging him and her
I thought about not answering your post btw, believe it or not I had a PM warning me that you were someone a little unhinged. If you are who I believe you to be then I think we can debate in a tongue in cheek manner until the subject is exhausted
