An elderly man lured several neighborhood teenagers into his home and waited for them with a shotgun. Do you not watch the news? Stuff like this happens all the time.
Do you not remember Treyvon Martin? He was lured into punching Zimmerman just so George could try out his shiny new gun on him. -

When you have thousands of people every year who decide to use their guns to harm people it’s called an “epidemic”. If any other object were used this much to harm people it would be taken away by the government. So why do guns get a free pass?

God given right to own arms, eh? God given rights are rights we are born with. Speech, thought, expression, etc. those are God give rights. Owning a gun isn't. No one is born with a glock in their hand.

The United Kingdom, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand are all evil empires? Each of those countries has greatly restricted personal use of firearms or have largely banned them.
This idea that the US would be some kind of evil empire if the government decided to take everyone's gun away is just paranoia peddled by mentally unstable conspiracy theorists that soft brain ***** ate up because they lacked the ability to think for themselves.
When you hear anything negative about guns in the news it is 99.9% of the time about CRIMINALS.
Well if you use a gun to kill another person, you're committing a crime. Thing is, a lot of those mass shooters legally purchased their firearms. They weren't criminals when they got their guns but became criminals when they started using them for purposes that they weren't intended for – which is bullshit since a gun's entire purpose is to kill, as I've already said before.

Like I just said, most people who commit these mass shootings legally purchased their firearms, making them law abiding citizens. A person becomes a criminal only when they do something illegal. If these people are law abiding up until they open fire on a group of people at a shopping mall then were they law abiding people to begin with?
That's the risk people take letting pretty much every Tom, Dick, and Harry purchase a gun. You never really know who is law abiding, who isn't, who's teetering on the edge of insanity, who already went over the edge, or who is just sitting down at a restaurant, enjoying a nice soup and salad while they have their 9mm holstered on their side, without a care in the world.
It's better to take everyone's gun away.
