I don't see where the racial link is. How would you connect it to racism?
A Third World country has a lot of poverty, crime, social taboos, and lack of opportunity.
If anything, it just made Trump more racist, for somehow mindfully linking "Third World" to race, having the opposite effect of what he wanted. -

I put the Orioles and Ravens over Redskins and Nationals. The redskins give people who live in or around DC a bad name since they always get their asses kicked and never make it to the Super Bowl. They’re a disgrace to DC
