I'll see them get posted but I never read from anyone going like, "Wow! Those visuals are great! And check out what he did there in the pool with that guitar!"
Instead they just comment on the music.
Are we so numb to the visuals of music vids now? -

I remember the 80's when MTV actually aired videos. Now it seems to be sappy reality tv shows. That's a shame.
But the music has always trumped the visuals for me.
Live videos are interesting to see the band perform. But I've always preferred the controlled setting of a studio recording to live music with all the noise and distortion and annoying audience cacophony.
