The Dow rose
764.94 points (+3.29%)
today to finish at
23,433.16.
The main reason is rose is that The Fed Chairman said he might NOT raise interest rates. After he said that, the market soared.
So you see boys and girls, the Market is most affected by the Fed, not the government. You're welcome!
