Pffffffft. What's right is that two consenting people can make love without the ****ing state getting involved. Under natural law, what she did is not rape.

This is one of the most nonsensical things I've ever seen posted here. It's rape if the student is a girl, just because she's not the one with a penis? With that logic, every single woman who has sex with a man is being raped.
People like to believe that girls are completely sexless and can't be in charge of their sexuality. Girls have sexual fantasies and get turned on just like boys do. Many girls are not the saintlike, innocent creatures that others want them to be. You've never been a girl and you never will be, so you don't understand that. You just conclude that a girl who had sex didn't want to, and only boys want to have sex.
You can't assume that a teen girl who slept with an adult male was raped, seduced, tricked or blackmailed into it, just because she doesn't have a penis. If she chose to have sex with the man, she doesn't see herself as a victim; you can't label her as a victim just because the adult had the penis and she didn't, or just because you want to believe that all girls are innocent angels who would never choose to have sex. You won't agree with this because you have a penis and you want to believe that makes you powerful.
The post with the mention of the power dynamic was correct. The student slept with this teacher, not an older neighbor or friend of his parents. Teachers and even college professors shouldn't sleep with their students, just like psychiatrists shouldn't be sleeping with their patients. Teachers aren't supposed to be using schools as dating pools, and people should be disturbed that this keeps happening, rather than high-fiving each other and saying, "Where were these teachers when I was in school?" Teachers should be teaching because they want to educate future generations, not because they are looking for their next sex partner. -

Physical reality doesn't change because of either law or feminism. I'm sure many teenage girls who sleep with adult males want the sex as well. I'm just saying the man has the penis and he controls the act. There is no way a female can force him to get erect and force his penis inside her.
We need to make an age line to protect children from being raped. Sure, sometimes the line may be arbitrary because some 16-year-olds are smarter and more in control than some 30-year-olds. But statute needs an age of consent.
My main point is that for heterosexuals the age of consent should be different for males and females. No 17-year-old boy doesn't sex from a sexy older woman. But 17-year-old girls can be manipulated. And sure, a male can easily be manipulated by a female. However there is the physicality of his penis and that he must insert which gives him control a female doesn't have.
The teacher violated her professional duties and should be fired. No way in hell does she belong in prison though for an act which the boy wanted and enjoyed.

Talk to Les Bean. That's his argument. I never said that. I said a woman can't rape a man because she can't force him to have an erection and she can't force his penis inside her. A man can rape a girl. And I also argued for age of consent laws when it applies to heterosexual girls, but not heterosexual boys. How you twisted that I have no clue. Talk to Les Bean. He said girls can rape men, not I.

You're being sexiest …
I can't help but be the sexiest man here.
My main point about males is that they control the action with their penis. They can be manipulated by women, but unless she holds a gun to his head, how can she force him to get hard and stick it in her?

Yes, but that would remove the erection from the discussion.
Do you see what I'm saying? Sexual arousal either means you cannot be raped, or it has nothing to do with it. It cannot be one rule for one sex and another rule for the other. -

Well, for myself, I know I can't get an erection unless I'm aroused. I tried to force myself to have sex with some fat ugly fool once and I couldn't get hard.
I suppose someone could be forced against their will and enjoy it. And it would still be rape.
My bottom line is that age of consent for heterosexual males should be lowered. The age of consent for a passive female or even a passive male should stay the same since brute force can be used by males to penetrate either males or females.
And I know that's impossible in our politically correct feminist society.

I was specifically talking about arousal. You seemed to be suggesting it would mean it wasn't rape. I was showing you there could be exceptions, for both sexes.
Age of consent is linked to parenthood, not just sexual maturity. A 14/15 year old boy is too young to be a father in Western society. I'd argue anything under 21 is too young, but good luck to anybody who wants to stop 18+ year olds ****ing.
It would've taken more than twelve men to stop me at that age. -

You wouldn't say the same if the roles were reversed. So don't excuse what she did by stating what teenage boys like.
The only poster who had his account banned 4 times without ever breaking any rules each of those times.
