It certainly is a derpy smile, I'll give you that.
I don't think she's got the ability or temperament to pull off a sly, seductive smile. I'd be surprised if her students were meeting the national or state average for K-12 biology.
The thing about bimbos is that they've never checked into the land of the living and then life catches up with them all too quickly. Nobody worth knowing gives a **** because they've been busy living and don't have time to give vacuous idiots their time to listen to the wonder that realising there's more to life than looking pretty and things magically happening in the direction of success.
Barbie has to get back on top…something like this, or worse, happens.
At least she didn't run for election as a Republican party candidate.
She'd have got it!
Still, nice smile

Well, I think we can agree that she doesn't belong in prison for being a slut. This society is half assed backwards. It's ridiculous. This is what feminism has done to women - send them to prison.

I think prison is the right place for her.
Had she picked up a 17 year old in a bar or somewhere I'd have sympathy for her.
She didn't though, she shagged a student of hers and that is completely unethical and an abuse of power and should be punishable to the full extent of the law.
Still, nice smile.

Perhaps a short stint in jail for violating teacher/student responsibilities. We do entrust our children to them. But I don't see it as rape which requires a long sentence.

Yeah, I don't see it as rape either. It's a violation of trust due to professional boundaries and ethical responsibilities and she should lose, and has done so, her teaching license and be marked as a sexual predator to prevent further similar situations arising in the future but a quick 6 months (Down to 3 with good behaviour) will be enough to give her the wake up call she really needs right now.
Still, nice smile.

That's where we disagree. She's a lousy teacher and should have her license revoked and be barred from teaching. But she is not a sexual predator, just a slut. That boy was not preyed upon. He got lucky.

I don't think we disagree here
Using the current system that we have to flag potential abusers of trust she should be placed on a sex offenders register to prevent her being being in a situation in the future where she may be tempted to repeat a similar offence of someone in her ward.
Yeah the boy got lucky, now add 40 years onto this former teacher and tell me how he would still be lucky for getting some.
A 68 year old teacher having sexual relations with one of her highschool students would be just as wrong in my book and require the same preventative measures and punishments.
It's the abusive of a position of authority which is the problem here, not the sex.
Now is the sex offenders register the correct place to put down names of people who have abused their positions of authority?
That's a whole nother story.
Still, nice smile.

I don't believe she should be on the sex offenders registry. She should have her teaching credentials revoked.
If she's on the sex offenders registry she can't even live near an elementary school. She's not that type of threat to any child. I never heard of women stalking playgrounds for children to rape. It's just ludicrous. It doesn't happen.

I completely agree. I think there should be an overhaul of what the sex offenders register is and have it separated into people who abused a position of authority and the actual sex offenders.
That way a bad cop would be registered and known and not be listed a convicted paedophile.
