Women are emotionally stronger than men

I think men and women are both protective of their children. I would fight a lion to save my kid and I'd gladly accept any challenges. We are describing physical strength here. The question this thread pertains to is emotional strength. If in the off chance I was not able to defeat the lion, and it ate my child, I would be devastated for life, as most men would. Women will be traumatized as well, but studies show their pain is not as long lasting, whether it be due to a breakup, the loss of a parent, or the loss of a child. Men hold on to emotions, whereas women can move on.

Might be an evolutionary response to the fact that men in the past were always fighting and killing each other.
Human history wasn't very peaceful. Tribes were fighting against other tribes. A woman might lose her significant other in a battle and have to move on. -

Emotional strength has little to do with it.
