Does the Queen have any power over Canada and Australia?

Those countries are part of the British Commonwealth, but does the Queen have any power there? What does that mean that they're part of the British Commonwealth, can she tax those countries or something?

She doesn't have any real power in Britain either. It's just a ceremonial custom because all those countries were once part of the British Empire.
