I dont understand the alleged paedophile witch hunt

Before i start i was molested in 86/87 by an old man(a real paedophile) at 3 1/2 on my way to my cousins or the shop, all i remember is the trip through the waste ground(had a pond) up until he blocked my way out. I was told i had my trousers down.
Now i got that out of the way, im confused why their going after young men whove had contact with teenagers 14 years and over/under 16 years of age. The law was only to prevent them going into the sex trade in 1898, now we have a whitch hunt as bad as the salem witch trials.
Why not go after those who are over 30 years old and targeting females old enough to be their daughter instead of fellas in their early 20s/mid 20s, paedophilia was what happened to me not guys who are interested in females from 14 and over.
Nothing further was done on the buggery of me cos the police mds found no trace of of any activity in my backside!

If your story was true, then I apologize to you, sir. I knew at that age to stay away from old men as their only interest is sweet love with a young boy, but perhaps not all were so wise. You'd be advised to stop having such a cute little booty the next time you are around any elder gentleman.

I have aspergers, it was worse as a child.
I guess subconsciously knew it was better to go forward and not backwards and hope he moved, it was pretty dense behind so it was better to stay put in public.
