Guilty.
If he admitted to the crime(s) under oath during that civil deposition in 2005, then yeah, I think it's safe to say that he probably did something to, at least, one woman.
As for what kind of sentence he should receive: If I were the Judge assigned to his case, instead of giving him the full 30-year imprisonment sentence, I'd slap him with 30 years of probation, make him wear an ankle bracelet, register as a Sex Offender, and have him pay the maximum fine since he's able to afford it.
I mean, the guy's gonna be, what, 80 years old pretty soon? He would just die in prison anyhow. Save the taxpayers money, and have him live out the rest of his days under house arrest.
Maybe throw in several hundreds of hours of community service so he just isn't sitting around watching
Pokémon
and eating Jell-O Pudding Pops.
