What exactly is an 18-year old man?
A man who is 18 years old. Duh.
A legal adult if you want to be more precise. Someone who can enter into contracts, live on their own, etc.
Although in most states, ironically enough, he would not be old enough to own a handgun. I wonder how he got his -

Geez, even as an old white fart I know enough to keep my hands in sight when I'm dealing with the polizia, move slowly (easy enough) and if I reach into my glove compartment for registration or insurance card I tell him what I'm doing.
Pull or aim a gun at a cop, you deserve what you get.

40 homicides in Baltimore already this year. This sums it up:
Smith didn't identify the suspect Tuesday, but said the 18-year-old man had been arrested three times in the past month: once for a drug offense, once for a gun offense and a third time on both gun- and drug-related charges.
"He just got out of jail yesterday on felony gun and drug charges," Smith said. "That's really despicable, because it's putting our officers and our citizens in harm's way, seeing these people continuously possess these firearms and walk these streets and want to inflict harm on people."

So an unarmed person was not killed. No overly aggressive force was used to apprehend a suspect. No question about disciplinary action for the officer.

tell us why are there marches, protests and riots when blacks WITH guns are killed by cops.
