    @Lord Orson The Almighty
    . They're from a small town in Norway so forgive them their STUPID AS FUCK name:
    I used to work for a shop that specialised in vinyl and CD of rare prog stuff etc…and we were the middleman for this one record (and responsible for the reissue a few others). It's one of TWO in my whole life that I hard 1 minute of and BOUGHT on the spot. Melvins
    Stoner Witch
    was the first.
    (Literally one minute into this and I had to have it. And it's GREAT! Pretty weird. Sometimes it's like Pink Floyd):
    @Chronic_Cuntlyf
    A tiny Norwegian band nobody heard of except for me.

      I'll give these guys a listen. The more stupid the name, the better. One and a half of my 2.5 music projects have retarded band names.
      Stoner Witch is easily my favourite Melvins album.

        I'm pretty sure that's one of the dumbest, most unfortunate names I've ever heard, but they're pretty great.
        OH GOOD so you KNOW the value of a FUCKING FANTASTIC opening minute.

          I don't know… How does A.R.A.B. (ambient rape assault booth) sound? Working title for my solo project.

            Actually, that sounds great! Realise, I've listened to bands like "Anal Cunt".

              A classic band. Not a year goes by where I don't think about this album:

                    haha! you're probably right. They're from Trondheim, same town as my probably favourite band of all time, Motorpsycho.

                        Ha! Is it? I always thought it was tiny. I've been there and had the best pizza of my life there, and I've lived in Italy!

                          As always, post-rock hasn't failed to deliver great drumming and ethereal soundscapes. I'm still not sure if the guitar tone is my thing, but it's not bad. I wasn't expecting the bass to be so high in the mix in that first song, and even as a bassist myself, I'd say it could do with being a little bit quieter. Not much, but a bit.
                          The 2nd song had a better balance, but didn't hold my interest as much as the first song. Still, both were nice listens.
