He's got charisma, confidence, character, youth (46 in 2020), a squeaky-clean public service career, an Ivy League education, and is genuine and likable with a stellar smile. Sounds familiar?
And if conservatives don't make too much taboo out of his last name like they did Obama's middle name, he might just get a lot of their votes too.

Elizabeth Warren or Cory Booker I think are better choices. With all the immigration issues out there, a Hispanic guy can't get Trump voters back to the Democratic Party. We need them back to win in 2020.

Don't you think conservatives will brand Booker as "Obama 2.0" and try to cast all the same negative attacks his way?

No. Booker is a lot different than Obama. He is more fierce. He won't give a shyt about not "looking like an angry black man". Obama was Jackie Robinson. Now we can just play the game just like any other player.

That was very intelligent and strategic of him. The first black president
            couldn't
act scary and angry, and, well black. If he had, he would have lost reelection, hurt the Democratic party and ensured that there wasn't another black president for 100 years.
The second one, though, he can get medieval on the GOP. This country is slow to adopt new ideas and trends, and that's just how it is. As the first black president, there's a lot Obama couldn't do, even things a white Democrat would have gotten away with, things that he would have been crucified even for trying.
And let's acknowledge the fact that the president that is a serial cheater and crook, and has children with three different women is "white," and those children look like serial killers and scumbags, and he wants to sleep with his daughter, while the black president has no legit allegations of sexual misconduct, is a good father to two good kids and has been married to the same woman for many years.
Never trust a black man named "Chip."

The first black president would have hurt the Democratic party .
But he has helped the Democrat party lose both houses of Congress, helped the next Dem presidential candidate lose the White House, the majority of state governors and legislatures. What else could he have done to hurt the Dem party? Exactly?
The second one, though, he can get medieval on the GOP.
That would cause the Dem party to go down in total ruin. Please. Please, Cory Booker, go all medieval on the GOP.
This country is slow to adopt new ideas and trends, and that's just how it is. As the first black president, there's a lot Obama couldn't do, even things a white Democrat would have gotten away with, things that he would have been crucified even for trying.
His blackness didn't cost him anything. His Marxist policies, that all Dems state/federal supported, is what turned him off to voters state/federal. And Hildog promised to be the third/fourth terms of his administration. He only won the Presidency because of the usual RINO candidates McCain and Romney.
How do you reconcile this with what you said just earlier:
It's nice being able to discuss things with mature, intelligent people without it devolving into "ur a libtard, u haet america!" On the other hand, I'm not above labeling Republicans as morons (but not conservatives, because they are not synonyms), but all the logic and facts in the world isn't going to work on some people, so you may as well use them for some amusement.

We need them back to win in 2020.
No we don't. We need the people that didn't vote at all to vote. The GOP has a lock on the racist and idiot demographics. The Dems aren't going to steal those, no matter who they put up, so they should just stop trying.
Now, I know, I know, let me save you all some time: "Waaah! Race card!" I'm not calling all, most, or even half of Republicans racist. What is true, undeniably, is that most racists vote Republican, and this has been the case for several decades now. That's an entirely different statement.

Oh, conservatives will show their true racist colors and link his last name to Cuba, you can count on that.

Castro is the guy who ran HUD and made it his job to scuttle blacks out of the cities and into the suburbs. He wants every neighborhood to have racial quotas. He's part of La Raza (The Race) and comes from a family of Chicanos. He also got a 1200 on his SATs and somehow got into Harvard. He's another Elizabeth Warren, with a deformed face instead of a screechy voice.
