Haven't you heard the wall is now a fence. LOL - a fence can't even keep out a strong a gust of wind. Big difference between a WALL and a fence - that we already have up in some parts of the southern border.
Also Obama deported 2 million immigrants and didn't run on and anti immigration campaign - so deporting 3 millions isn't some great feat and is only a million more than the previous administration.
In addition 3 million will not make a dent in the 12 million illegals already here - so how much of an impact do you think that deportation will have?

A Wall provides more protection than a fence and is less penetrable - it's more beneficial for keeping those people that are taking our jobs (with the help of Big Republican Business owners that hire them - though no one mentions that) which was the whole point - now that it has been shown that it's unlikely to happen via a GOP congress - you now change your tune and say "well just build something" - see things like that is why they do what they do - because you are not holding your party responsible for the things they promised.
He said a WALL - you should demand a wall - since that's what you voted for - not rope, or string, or a bearer or dirt.

Not the whole border. They can go over the top, through it, or under it. All of that can be stopped or dramatically reduced. No one except you are making a big deals out of what the wall looks likes.

No Trump made the biggest big deal about it - what the wall would look like since it was posted on his website - loud out loud - with illustrations and everything. Have you ever been to the southern boarder - do you even live in a boarder state? You act as if we don't have any broader patrol or agents to stop people now.
If I was contractor and made the same promises Trump did in regards to a wall and gave you a fence you would sue me for misrepresentation.
A wall is not the same as a fence and the fact that you have to try to convince yourself of that instead of being upset at your GOP congress who is supporting a fence instead of the "great" wall speaks volumes. You're making a bunch of excuses and just saying well build anything - which is what we already have - hence why you guys had the problem and supported a GIANT WALL in the first place.

This isn't about what a WALL will look like as in what color - will be or what what type of design if any it will have. The point which you are purposely ignoring & now trying to save face by ignoring is that IT WON'T BE A WALL - IT WILL BE A FENCE PER CONGRESS. WE ALREADY HAVE A FENCE AND THAT HAS NOT KEPT PEOPLE OUT SO THAT'S WHY TRUMP PROPOSED A WALL - A WALL THAT THE GOP CONGRESS DOES NOT WANT - SO IF THEY BUILD A FENCE INSTEAD OF A WALL - WHICH WE ALREADY HAVE - THEN WHAT IS THIS FENCE SUPPOSED TO DO THAT THE OTHER FENCE DIDN'T DO?

I'm pointing out about government betrayal in this very post - and yet you keep ignoring it since it's being done by your grand ole party. People who voted for Trump want a wall - these same people most likely voted for a GOP congress to support Trump - now if that GOP congress is now saying they want a fence - isn't that a government betrayal? And, are you mad at that betrayal? They got your vote and now are saying they want to scale back that wall to an inferior fence.

What have you really won. He's not touching abortion or marriage - and the wall is now a fence. The deportation of 3 million is just 1 million up from the 2 that Obama deported and won't make a dent in the 12 million that are here. His cabinet is full of the same insiders and establishment that people like you complained about. So what have you won? You have a bigot in the white house (confirmed by his pick of Steve Bannon) - is that what you call winning - voting in a guy who walks back on all and/or most his promises.
