Your boredom is showing.
Posts about Trump and Fukushima nowwtf is it to Trump?
World's worst nuclear disaster, btw, where hundreds or thousands died from the Tsunami, but it is hard to pin down examples of people actually killed by radioactivity there.
Even though at first was beginning to look like the Japanese were going to have to evacuate most of the eastern seaboard of Honshu including Tokyo.
But no nuclear DOAs to speak of.
Tells you something. -

I think it's time that the world realize that the United Nations does nothing, the United States does everything and they should keep their mouths shut about environmental matters and criticizing the United States.
However, I must admit my concern for the "peeps" on the coast. Where are they going to go? Some of my favorite fake news sites are already warning people away from fresh fish and the sushi bar and avoid pet food that contains seafood, etc They also recommend planning an emergency exit plan: bottled water, canned or packaged food items, a full tank of gas, an invitation to stay a while with a relative out of state. Planning ahead like this doesn't hurt. And for Gods sake, don't go surfing.
I think the first warning sign will be the military leaving. Stay tuned to San Diego and San Francisco and if the entire U.S. Navy leaves, follow them.
I think T. Rump will warn his friends and he actually has plenty in California. But remember, he'll still win the 2020 election if everyone on the west coast is irradiated and dies. That can't be his highest priority now and he probably hates the California government since the courts are getting in his way over immigration.
They have only their politics to blame not to mention the Japanese and earthquakes.

And to be honest, it's still not that big a deal.
But I bet you were programmed to think a whiff of second hand smoke will give you cancer and kill you.
I think you just follow the crowd, don't you.
May I recommend reading the story of "The Pied Piper of Hamlin".

Since we both live in So. Cal. within 30 miles of the coast, should we be concerned about the Fukushima fallout? I'd like your scientific analysis of the potential health threat water, fish, airborne, etc.

I'd get those figures for it, but no one but Fox News has reported on it so I don't have anymore information.
Incidentally, if you're in California, there's a dam breach that might be of more immediate concern:

Howdy, I'm in So Cal, near LA and about 20 miles from the coast. What do you think about the continuing effect of the Fukushima fall out? We stopped eating Sushi about 3 years ago, after a Japanese sushi guy (wholesale seller) said he doesn't eat it anymore because of Fukushima.

This guy agrees with you.

I haven't been out to a sushi place in about 3 years. Maybe after next weekend, to drown my sorrow after Cannon has written his obituary for this place, I'll go to my favorite sushi place. They have the little boats that float around a water channel circuit and you take off what you want as it floats by. Or you can order directly from the Sushi man.

It's helpful to review multiple sources. It's your body, you do with it what you think best. But these headlines would concern me. They are only be reported on Investor sites. In other words, the people with all the money are getting the best reports. They are always planning ahead.

Don't Canada and Mexico also have west coasts? What are they going to do about it?
They are waiting to see what the U.S. does.
If you look at a map, Canada has very little coastline on the Pacific.
It's the Mexicans and the western coast of South America that need to worry.
Trump has things in hand.
He's threatening to do nothing.
Wonder why?

Last I knew, Fukushima was the second worst nuclear disaster. Chernobyl is worse, isn't it?
And what exactly do you expect to be done? A huge amount of radioactive material was washed out into the ocean.
Japan should foot the bill, they're the ones to stupidly put a nuclear plant in a geologically active area and facing the ocean.

Agreed. But can they bring back the dead animal life. It's an experiment in terror. Looks like everyone is watching what happens but not really doing anything.
