is it wrong to laugh at people with Tourette's syndrome?

I don't think that it is ever okay to laugh at, attack, insult, or disrespect someone with any kind of a disability.
I myself have
"Asperger's with Acute Anxiety"
and I have actually been insulted and disrespected a couple of times here on this site (I usually block whoever does it to me and then I just move on) because of it and because of the amount of threads and kinds of threads that I make (and I do think that my disability is a bit of a factor in it and also why I make so many almost every single day) and I have indeed tried my very best (and I still do very much try my best) to slow it down with it, I have learned though that it is actually easier said than done.
I do believe in myself that I can do it though and I don't let any of the insults and disrespect that I get here (or anywhere else) stop me. -

Is that why you never engage in any dialog about movies and make these survey types of threads instead?
And why you do the same movies and actresses over and over again?

I do engage with people but I definitely know that I don't do it as much as I really should.
Plus, It is also pretty hard (for me at least) to do it when not that many people post in the threads that I make or when nobody posts in the threads that I make.
I am pretty certain though that the reason why that is happening is because a MAJOR majority of the people here on this site have blocked me and so they don't see any of the threads that I make.
