Is it the same thing? If a person feels happy then that is their dominate personality. All their thoughts are part of the happy category. You'll never see the happy person wear dark colors like shades of black and dark blues. Mean words are not part of their vocabulary. They probably don't know what those words are anyway.
The main emotion is their dominate personality. Have I gotten that right?

            In your OP you used
            dominate
as an adjective. It is a verb.

Oh sorry about that. I mean to write dominant.

Emotions can guide thoughts, but they aren't the same thing. You can consciously choose whether you act on emotions and with the right thought even neutralize those emotions.

I thought happy people think happy thoughts all the time. They are optimistic and friendly. Every behavior associated with happiness is what defines the life and personality of a happy person. Was I wrong?

I hate having emotions because they are hard to control.
I've trained myself to just blocked everything out the majority of the time. I'm very stubborn, even to myself lol. If my emotions think they can control me they can spend the next 20 years locked in a box. Won't be laughing or crying then will they? Ha. 🤣

They must be either losely defined opposites or created around one another, possibly. People can come up with good definitions, but still.
                      ½ S/N Asian (40%+ Chinese) ½ Norwegian/Danish-Irish Swiss (Amish/PA) German French Dutch? French+Dutch Celtic-Irish English-Irish? 🇮🇹..?
