I agree with you. God being spiritual in nature, why would he need to be concerned with sex? A god is likely above such petty mortal concerns. Just like god doesn’t need to worry about dying like we do, I doubt he has to worry about going to the bathroom or having sex like we do. Totally different needs.

People stick to their religion they were born in. You were born as a christian. Since young you were taught christian teachings. That is why they are in-brained in your memory that is why you like discussing Christianity so much. You could easily have been born as a Voodoo practitioner in Africa, living a completely different life than you are currently.
