I've already moved to being a guest on several christian radio shows willing to take atheist callers.
My next appearance should be Feb 13th on Catholic Answers Live during their segment entitled "answering challenges" -

If it still exists, perhaps they'll journey abroad and uncover the ruins of the Pit 2, long since forgotten and abandoned to history. Only the eldest and most experienced posters remember those days of yore.
T'was a troubled time. A time of trolls and sock puppets which had overrun the land. The inhabitants of the Passion Pit made the solemn decision to migrate outwards and expand into new territory. A kingdom of spoiled fruits, by another name.
However, when they arrived, they found something waiting for them that was even worse than the trolls and sock puppets from which they had fled. They found peace.
With no opposing points of view and too many like-minded inhabitants, the board was quiet and devoid of meaningful discussion. Indeed, what they hoped would be a new paradise turned out to be an intellectual desert. Hours would pass by with nary a thread began, as no one had anything to talk about because everyone believed the same way. The posters of the Pit 2 had damned themselves to a repetitive cycle of refreshing the page over and over again, waiting with angst for someone, anyone, to make a reply to any thread so that in their mental starvation, they might find some morsel of mental stimulation. But it was not to be.
And so the posters of the Passion Pit slowly began to wander back to their homeland, one by one, to reclaim the board from the occupation of trolls and sock puppets through aggressive use of the Ignore Button and mutual support between long time allies and adversaries alike.
So did it come to be that the Pit 2, and all mention of it was lost to history. Long since forgotten . . .
Perhaps until now.
