I'm assuming it's Luke.
It's the only one that makes sense considering this is the middle movie.
I got the impression from TFA that Rey & Kylo weren't powerful on the basis of being a jedi. They were strong with the Force.

I am thinking that the story will evolve past Jedi & Sith.
It was already headed that way in TFA, it's just everyone focused on the retread. I think TFA was meant to be the end of the Stars Wars tropes we know.
Once Lucas introduced those godawful midichlorians, it didn't make much sense to keep the religious aspects of the story. What mattered was how many of those little buggers were inside of you.
Rey is clearly rolling in them.

I'm saying the Force is not dependent on being a Jedi.
It is a training method and eventually a job classification to get to most out of the Force.
Luke being the last one would make sense if there are no longer any trainers.
