Why would an atheist want to be accepted?
Atheist don't want to "be accepted" by something they don't believe in.
They just pointing the contradiction between the claims "god loves atheists" and "god will send them to hell".
God gives the atheist what he wants - i.e, the absence of God.
Again, atheist don't "want" the absence of Godthey just notice it. We don't believe in hell, but if hell would exist, we never "asked" for it.
We don't. The atheists hate us.
Humno we don't. We just don't believe you. Not being convinced by some claims is not "hate". -

And yet here they are in this thread demanding to be accepted.

Of course you do.
Humno we don't.
You asked why theists hate you, I was answering. Of course we don't hate you, that's just paranoid self pity.

Why would an atheist want to be accepted?
Once an atheist dies and they discovers that there actually is life after death, they become theists about three seconds after they open their eyes.
We don't. The atheists hate us.
Au contraire. Most theists on this board throw fire-and-brimstone threats about burning in hell at atheists.

Who cares?
It's kinda hypocritical of you to pooh-pooh my trivia, yet you expect me to follow your trivia. -

No, we don't, but if we did, it's on the same lines as a cop warning a speeding driver that the road ahead has been closed by a landslip.

And that is based upon what? You're implying that God will punish the atheists for their failure to acknowledge him.
If God loves atheists (as many, including you, have said), then he will forgive them after they die and accept them into Heaven. Or is it a case of "I love you now, but I'll get even when you die"?
You're sending conflicting messages. -

You must be an atheist who was raised atheist and has never heard the Gospel, as that's not how it works. God "punishes' people for robbery, murder, rape, lying, tax fraud, sexual betrayals etc. God has provided a way to be forgiven, a way atheists joyfully reject,
that's
how it works.

Not as they are - they have to change first. Why would a blaspheming hater want to be with God?
When you're grown up, will you welcome people who hate you to share your house?
