          Of all the things to be addicted to, running is actually good for your health!
          I was up to a good standard of running last year, but had some health problems and didn't run for a while. Kind of struggling to get back into it.

                      If the issue is leave to deal with menstruation and/or PMS, then why would they? Transgender male-to-female will not experience menses, so why should they get leave for something which does not occur with them? Next thing you will argue is whether male-to-female transgenders should get pregnancy leave for when they get pregnant, even though they can't get pregnant.
