I too am 'under the weather'.
I attended a funeral on Friday and one of the sons of the deceased had just stepped off a plane from Singapore, warning everyone he was sick and not to come too near. Before this happened he shook my hand and kissed me.
Poor sod was between a rock and a hard place as he obviously had to attend his mother's funeral however my immunization against the Aussie flu viruses seems to have been ineffective against the Singapore version where he lives.
I feel like this
with body aches and pains and with a headache chills and fever and in my chest when I cough.
I am on here in bed for distraction.
Ugh, that's awful. I'm not even at that point, though I get a runny nose at times, get well soon. -

If a pill doesn't work, try this:
Sit up straight. Force your mouth open as much as you can, then relax your jaw. Close your eyes and focus on nothing but your breathing as you sit there looking like a drooling retard. Five or ten minutes later, you'll notice a glaring lack of headache.
It has something to do with the jaw muscles being connected to the head muscles, or something. All I know is that it works. And this is coming from someone with a life-long history of crippling migraines.
