More from Vicente Romero Redondo… he works almost exclusively in pastels and doesn't overwork his application, so you get to see the freedom, looseness, and movement in his strokes, especially in the areas around his figures.

I wish. It’s by a Dutch cartoonist named Joost Swarte. He likes to use practical media instead of computers when he’s doing illustrations because he can then sell the artwork to collectors.
