planes. That wouldn't make any sense. BUT I rechecked the Trivia question. It says that this plane was
flown
on April 13, 2019, taking the record from the old record holder.
So there you have it. Do you have a guess now, Mr. Picky?

I'll have to recuse myself since I found the answer checking out the Spruce Goose. Two of the historical record holders were very short-lived, which is why I see the current flyer as most significant.

Okay I'm going to have to turn over all the cards, since there's only one option left, and
nobody guessed it.
It is indeed the
Stratolaunch
which was first successfully flown on April 13, 2019, beating out the An-225, the previous record holder.
At 385 feet, the wingspan of the Stratolaunch is longer than a football field, and needs two cockpits and fuselages. It's designed to launch rockets into low earth orbit from mid-air.
