What if it has no pictures? What if there's a picture on every page?

I'm reading Parable of the Shower by Octavia E. Butler
I've decided to start slowly reading again. I'm getting back into the habit gradually. I've chosen a short book this time. It says that I've finished 2% of the first chapter. Already I'm impressed with the way Octavia got me interested in the main characters. I'm sure you can find the novel somewhere. It's not very expensive either and the length isn't overwhelming either. It's a good way for starting out becoming a habitual reader.
